  Michael was extremely helpful while we were switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. We've been on the fence for awhile now and once we decide to take the plunge he made the leap as smooth as possible. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to switch and is a little bit unsure about what to do to come to the LSL location and see Michael. He will make sure you get all the best possible deals and he takes the time to go through everything in detail. He answers any and all questions you may have. Just come on in and he'll help you out!

  Alex was an amazing support at the store this week as I had some complicated phone changes and upgrades to make. He spent the better part of an afternoon helping me out and was patient and polite the whole time. He made sure everything was updated and taken care of before I left. Thank you Alex for being so awesome!

  I went to this Verizon store to transfer six numbers from another carrier. The staff knew the process inside out, but a server glitch corrupted the order and things kept breaking. Michael jumped on the phone right away and worked through every hoop with patience and skill. A big kudos to the team here. I highly recommend this store. Michael and Jenna handled the situation with a level of calm that would have overwhelmed most people, and they will take good care of you.

  My phone camera was damaged and the new phone I received came in and my new phone was having issues. Jenna and Michael were so knowledgeable, friendly and helped fix all the issues. They also helped find the best accessories to protect my phone, screen and camera so I wouldn’t have the same issue in the future. Couldn’t have had better service and I appreciate them so much!

  I am editing this review. I want to update and credit the young lady that helped me. I went in after working overnights one morning. I get off at 7am, I waited until 9am when they open to go in. I did some research and discovered I was most likely having Sim card issues. I went in and told Sean this info. He looked at my phone's home screen and said it wasnt the Sim card. He reset the network setting and said if that didn't work I would need a new phone. Typical salesman response. Needless to say his "fix" did not work. He asked if he could type up a review and submit it. I agreed, but I never said I wouldn't return and edit it later. I went back a couple nights later. I spoke to a young lady last Thursday evening she was incredibly polite, listened to what problems I was having and swapped out my Sim card for me. Now it turns out the Sim card wasnt the issue it was my Sim card reader. But, either way, she was the real reason I am giving the 5 star review. She was helping me and helping another lady with her bill at the same time. Great job, I am so sorry I cannot remember her name. She was working November 6th around 6pm. Great customer service!
