I had a horrible experience last weekend upgrading my mom's phone at the Liberty Mo store. There was an error that wasn't corrected. Alexis discovered it and corrected it immediately. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable and I truly appreciate her. I won't go anywhere else if I'm in the market for a new phone. Thank you Alexis for making this experience smooth and easy. - TEThea EkisOct 18, 20255.0I can't even begin to tell you all about the awful 24 hours I was having prior- part of it involved shattering my brand new iphone 17 at the gym. Then I arrive to this Verizon store and am greeted by Wyatt's inviting eyes and kind smile. Literally, I immediately could feel the compassionate energy and knew I was at the right store. For every bit of 45 minutes, Wyatt helped me set up a temporary {old} phone, with the occasional help from Brandon (also so kind!!!) until my new one can come in via the insurance claim. It was just a really positive experience and the least I can do is make sure they are recognized for their kindness and hard work. If their bosses are reading this, I hope they both get a raise or a couple of extra days of PTO ;)
