One of the deals we got on our new phones in December, there was miscommunication on. They called someone with Verizon and got it taken care of plus, they saw were charged 2 activation fees which was not supposed to happen either got us refunded.

Fantastic customer service, friendly and personable. I will be sure to recommend this store to anyone that has or wants to switch to Verizon
