This was my first time buying an iPhone from a non Apple Store and I won’t be making this mistake again. I got absolutely fleeced for the value of my 2 iPhones (15 pro max and 13 pro max)and had to call back twice to get my credit processed. They gave me a combined $400 for both phones and I paid full price for my new iPhone. I wasn’t credited for the second phone until after arguing back and forth with the manager who claimed he never said I’d be credited for both phones. Terrible experience and if I could unwind the deal I would.
