When I told him about my issue he subtly moved a sign on the desk talking about charging me $40 if the service is on that list or technical helps takes more than 10min. I've been a Verizon customer for years and am not paying for help. Immediately left and went to the real Verizon store at 85th and state line. They will get a 5🌟
