We had an issue with our bill because of a trade in that didn’t get applied. We ran up here about an hour before closing and explained our issue. We had all the necessary paperwork with all the documentation of what was done. Alexis and Heather were amazing and called up Verizon and got it all cleared up. Fantastic customer service, friendly and personable. I will be sure to recommend this store to anyone that has or wants to switch to Verizon

I’m absolutely heartbroken after our experience here. My husband’s mother passed away recently. She was always on her phone. Always taking pictures. My husband decided he wanted to keep it as a way to stay connected with her. It may sound odd until you’ve dealt with grief and suddenly certain objects hold way more value than they did before. He asked the Verizon associate for options of trade in vs buying. The associate then came back and instead of providing options, he let him know that he had deactivated the phone. My husband was obviously surprised and upset, and said that no, he wanted options for how much it would cost. The manager and associate said nothing could be done and the phone was the property of Verizon. We are so devastated. We did attempt to call Verizon customer service who was incredibly supportive, explained what should have happened, and attempted to reconcile the situation. However, due to the actions at this store, their hands were tied as well. Absolutely would not go here. I am horrified at how they treat customers.

Went here to switch over to my moms phone after she passed away. Had sentimental value for me. I wanted to know the options of how to get her phone, either through trade in or paying it off in full. The guy there decided to fully deactivated my mom's phone while showing me trade in options. When I told him my decision was to just pay off her phone and take it, he said I can't do that, I've already deactivated it and it's now Verizon's property. So mad! I wanted my mom's phone, now I left with nothing. Don't ever go here, not only did he steal my mom's phone, he tried to upcharge me, tried to get me to change my home internet, and tried to change my phone number completely. To continue, Verizon Customer Care was extremely helpful and made a genuine effort to resolve the issue; however, the matter ultimately fell outside of their control. Customer Care advised me to visit the store and speak directly with the manager to see if the situation could be resolved locally. Unfortunately, during my conversation with the store manager, I observed him provide inaccurate information to Verizon Customer Care regarding my experience with his employee, doing so in my presence and in a way that favored the employee over the facts of my experience. Through this discussion, I also learned that the employee should have contacted Verizon Customer Care when handling a death beneficiary account and should have clearly informed me that performing a factory reset would permanently prevent the phone from being recovered. Neither of these steps was taken, and this information was not communicated to me at the time.

Wasn’t much help. Stood forever for nothing and just ended up walking out as several people who weren’t helping others walked past us
