    This Verizon store has usually been one of the best I’ve dealt with, and I’ve had many good experiences here. However, I was disappointed with the encounter I had today. I hope this was just a one-time issue and that future visits return to the high standard I’m used to.

    Absolutely amazing customer service by Lou (I hope that’s how you spell her name) She took time explaining everything throughly, making sure we had the best plan and a new upgrade. She was very helpful with finding our best options, and went above and beyond with providing the best service!

    First time we have been there , and it was an amazing experience, everyone were so nice and helpful, specially Jerry! He was so friendly, he was bilingual which helps since my husband speaks English and I speak Spanish, he answered all my questions about upgrading my phone, we are happy with his service! Def coming back! Thank you Jerry! You are amazing!

    It appeared that my phone had been hacked. I was very stressed. Ethan greeted me at the Barry Road location and fixed my problem in about a minute. This kind of customer service is why I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years!

    One of the worst verizons out there. Tried to go in there and buy a phone because I lost mine. They refused to sell me the phone. Because I wouldn't buy a $1,000 phone they were trying to push on me aggressively
