My husband and I are 23 year customers of Verizon. We’ve had several issues with Verizon but the most recent was a humdinger!!! We went to the Verizon store at Ward Pkwy. and Tamia worked with us tirelessly, spoke to V Customer Service for quite a while and was VERY knowledgeable, patient and kind. We are Seniors and have no tech savvy. She resolved our issue when we had dealt with multiple people both online and in-store. She deserves, at the very least, a first class cruise or the equivalent thereof!!!

The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.

The Verizon agent was unprofessional and unhelpful. They told me that Verizon Internet security was breeched but they refuse to assist law enforcement related to the incident. When I enter chat for help they intentionally transfer me to the wrong department and give me misleading and unhelpful information.

I was at that store 3 days ago and The store manager here is awful. He told me on the phone he’d take care of my broken Verizon device, but when I came in and waited 25+ minutes, he refused to help and tossed my phone aside. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid this store.
