  I didn't catch the young man in training, or the young woman that helped me out, but I have the Best Buy Total Rewards and went in because my Zagg glass was cracked and they swapped it out and put the new one on perfectly in minutes. I couldn't ask for a better customer service experience. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

  Bought 2 tvs online for pick up and I get there and they don’t have either in store only 1 of them in an open box. I have literally never written a review in my entire life and this is the worst experience I have ever had at any store. The workers are disrespectful teenagers who have no idea what they’re doing don’t go here just order online.

  Great service! This employee named Hamilton has been a great help! I’ve bought multiple chargers, an iPad, and digital camera equipment and he’s helped me with all my needs! Would highly recommend.
