- CSChris Skram (Skram)Mar 14, 20261.0Service wasn’t bad, but the design, layout, and management’s choices made visiting the store a overstimulating nightmare. I came in to pick up my laptop. It’s to be expected that it would be noisy in a shop on the plaza on a Saturday, but when I walked in it was truly too much going on. The layout of the store is a cluttered mess with people staring at tablets running around all over the place, while confused looking customers stare out the window or at one if the store’s odd furniture choices. I was sat at a table with a screaming toddler and there was a man in the corner of the room giving a presentation on how to use your notes app (i guess?) to maybe 3-5 people, and was using a microphone that made his voice boom over the whole store. All that combined with the regular noise of how busy the store is made me want to scream. Sir, I guarantee that if you put down the microphone and used your inside voice, the people sitting 3ft away who are interested would still be able to hear you. They made me wait a long time for my laptop as well, after about 10 minutes I had to ask how much longer it would be before they finally saw me. I’ve been overstimulated the rest of the day, it was truly a nightmare to have to sit in this building for any amount of time. If you can avoid going inside, I would recommend it. And btw, the whole place oozes pretentiousness. There’s not even a sign on the outside of the building, you just gotta guess where they’re at. Wild.
