    Cody was very helpful, understanding, and patient with us. He reassured us he would take care of us and that’s exactly what he did. We had a bit of a hiccup when we first switched to Verizon. The associate who was originally helping us put our shipping address in the account wrong. We live 3 hours away from where our phons, iPad, and watch were shipped to. The package also got lost in transit. So we had to reorder. Cody jumped right on this and he took such good care of us!

    Sarah went to battle for us when we couldn’t get a phone number transferred to our new phone. Out of many, many customer service people, she was the only one who took the time to figure it out for us. Go to Sarah!!!

    Bad service coverage and even worse customer support. Someone at this store stole the phones I turned in and now I am on the hook for it. I cant pay off my old service provider and my bill went up $100 a month for verizon. These people are crooks and I am reporting those phones stolen. You cant call this store directly so I have to figure out a time to drive an hour to joplin now. When I get there, yall better have my phones that I DID TURN IN! Update 10/27/2025 Verizon completely lied to me about the entire process of switching to them. The service is half as fast as AT&T, the coverage is less than half of what AT&T is. They will not send you any gift cards to your email if you trade in phones, so I have to pay AT&T myself so it doesn't go to collections. I am now stuck with phones and service that is sub par to what I had. My iPhone 11 was faster than this 16 is. I have talked to so many people, made three separate 45 minute trips to this garbage store, and talked to them on the phone for hours. My trade in was lost, I was not credited, they even charged me back for the credits I got for the first two months. When I go to look at the status of the trade in, its not even the phone I traded in. They marked down that I traded in an iPhone 12 mini Black, I traded an iPhone 11 black. There is no competency in this store or the entire company for that matter. You have been warned, these people are crooks. I will see you in small claims court since you now refuse to refund us or give our phones back or even pay off the old plan with ATT like you promised. CAN YOU HEAR ME KNOW?
