  This is actually an update because I originally put this review on the wrong store. Terrible experience here. I went in to get New phones with an upgrade. I told the salesperson I did not want my bill to go up. After looking into it he told me he could get me three new phones and all these perks babe I get my first bill and not only did it not go down $60 but it went up $90. I called customer service and after being on the phone for an hour, long story short, they told me there's nothing they can do to honor what their salesman had told me unless I wanted to change to a lesser plan and have my perks removed. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced here After 10+ years I'm looking for a new carrier.

  I am a 30+ year customer of Verizon. I was ready to change my business account because I could not get a problem for over two (2) years corrected. Customer Service makes promises they do not follow thru on. You cannot speak to the same person and very hard to understand. Then I went to the Joplin Store-over 45 minutes from my home. When I walked in the door-everyone was friendly I worked with Chris at first (he had not been there long enough for my business account) then Seth. They both cared about my problem. They told me what they were going to do to fix my problem AND THEY DID! They did exactly what they said they would do and followed thru with phone calls. Great customer service from this store. So happy with them-signed up for 3 more years and 5 new phones!! Thanks Chris and Seth for caring about your customers and fixing their problems. Will only go to 3405 Range Line Road for my Verizon needs
