I purchased a new desk top Mac computer, they were supposed to be here today (1/10/26) to set up and back up my old computer. I’ve called multiple times and always get put on hold and disconnected. They are telling me there are no available agents to set it up until late March . I am extremely disappointed in Best Buy and now have a new computer sitting in a box in my office. I wish we had other options other than Best Buy, worst customer service

Paid BB for a TV and what they call "Basic TV Mounting" installation services. The installer arrived 4 hours late (NBD), couldn't remove the existing TV from its mount (ignoring the mount's service manual which I offered) and finally refused to proceed with the installation unless I drove to the BB store to get what he called "TV bolts"...which most people refer to as M8's. Made it a point to tell me "they" wanted him to have bolts available, but he wasn't going to do it.
TV will be on its way back to BB shortly...since the installer refused to remove the TV from my property despite BB's pledge to make it "...like we were never there."
The employee I worked with at the local BB was consistently helpful and efficient. It's too bad that this goodwill is more than mitigated by the rinky-dink third party installers they use.

Only had one cash register open. There was over 5 people waiting to checkout. It was the day before xmas but you know people are in a hurry and have things to do. We waited in line for almost 15 min before we finally got checked out.

I’ve been shopping at Best Buy for decades and I will never shop there again after recent experience
Purchased a Samsung bespoke refrigerator 11-17-25 it was set for delivery the day before thanksgiving it did arrive on time however the delivery men dropped it in my driveway and literally destroyed it my wife and I were in shock as the Best Buy delivery personnel laughed about destroying our refrigerator and leaving us with no refrigerator the day before thanksgiving
Obviously they take that refrigerator and schedule a new delivery for the following week the day comes and we take another day off work to accept the delivery and they never show no call no text no email nothing
Turns out the refrigerator is on back order wow that would have been nice to know a week ago
So I go to Best Buy where I purchased the refrigerator with $3000 in cash and they won’t refund me they say they have to mail a check so now here we are approaching Christmas and still no refrigerator and no refund
And to make things worse they left broken glass in my driveway and my grandson cut his hand on it
I will never buy from this place again they should change the name to worst buy
