The day came, and no product was offered due to a “delivery emergency”, which I was told about an hour after my scheduled arrival time. This led to me missing a day of work for no product. I was understanding and allowed the company to move my delivery date to the following Saturday, 12-4:30. The time came, and yet again, no product. I called again at 5 pm and was told to wait until 7pm. MY PRODUCT NEVER CAME! I yet again missed out on another day of work with nothing to show for it. I HAVE NEVER had such a terrible experience with an appliance. Awful customer service that attempts to get a “resolution” that ends in a lie. I have yet to receive the deep freezer that they have been paid for.
