I have ordered a deep freezer to be delivered to my house on November 4th, with a scheduled delivery date for the following Tuesday. The day came, and no product was offered due to a “delivery emergency”, which I was told about an hour after my scheduled arrival time. This led to me missing a day of work for no product. I was understanding and allowed the company to move my delivery date to the following Saturday, 12-4:30. The time came, and yet again, no product. I called again at 5 pm and was told to wait until 7pm. MY PRODUCT NEVER CAME! I yet again missed out on another day of work with nothing to show for it. I HAVE NEVER had such a terrible experience with an appliance. Awful customer service that attempts to get a “resolution” that ends in a lie. I have yet to receive the deep freezer that they have been paid for.

Terrible delivery service. Will never order a large appliance from Best Buy again. Stick with Home Depot or Lowe’s for appliances.

The store is great and easy to get to, however if you call the number and ask someone at the store about a product. You get sent to the online service. I live 30mins from the nearest one and don’t want to have to waste my time and money to find out they don’t have I need in stock.

I have been here a few times and each & everything I have received terrific service!!! The associates here while they may not know something right off the bat, who does, will find someone who does. I apologize for not remembering everyone's name but on my latest visit Hannah helped me with several things and it was an absolute pleasure! Thank you!
