The girl told me to call the insurance company because cricket no longer does claim in store. A month of trying to manage with my phone I go back to figure out a way I can get a replacement galaxy s3. Not only did this location complicate things. . Do did the insurance company and Samsung. Four hours of the rub around I go back to this store and she sent me away. I go to the other cricket in buzz Westfall plaza.. CO was so nice and understanding! He actually took my phone to see what was wrong with my phone. Plus he smiled alot. Very enthusiastic. I felt at ease even though I couldn't replace my phone I store. After dealing with cricket unorganized customer service and bull.. I, customer since age 19.. now 24, moved on to THE MOBILE. how dare cricket change their insurance set up, keep billing me, but not notify their customers of this change. The mobile us way you better. Best customer service!
