    Just so it's clear, the rating is for Colleen at the location, and not for Verizon itself. I have been having the same ongoing issues with my service, since the day I switched from Cricket. For the record, I should have stayed with Cricket. I have been in the store more times that I can count. On 2 occasions, I was at the store for more than 4-hours. You can say, I wasn't happy. The most recent time, Colleen helped me. I think she was just as frustrated with my issue as I was. A few times I told her I was just going to leave and switch my service. She wasn't happy. And it wasn't because she didn't wanna loose a customer for Verizon, but because she took my issue personal. We stayed on the phone with customer service for over 2-hours. That alone was irritating. Colleen did her best to make sure my voice was heard and understood, and she continued to tell the lady on the phone that it was an issue that needed to be resolved. Colleen if you read this, thank you for all your help and patience. I think you took customer service to a completely different level. Verizon, do better.

    The best team I’ve ever seen! I needed to get a phone activated and i wasn’t able to use phone verification because my phone had not been connected yet, I sat with Kendra and she got on the phone with Verizon support and they were unable to help do a simple phone activation. She knew exactly what needed to happen and worked with John to escalate the issue to level 2 at the support center and they made the Verizon support team finally use an email verification to finally get my phone activated. They really did an outstanding job doing everything they could to resolve the issue. Customer service was excellent and I even added extra perks to my bill because they did such a great job helping me out.
