- KCKaren Christian1 day ago1.0I went on 2/10 to visit the Verizon store on 291 hwy. In Independence. I wish I wouldn't have walked in the door. The sales person was jewellian Cordry. I told him up front that my husband was in the hospital and he is dying. He told about a FREE phone. NOT FREE AT ALL. After 45 minutes he said I owe $168.00 or so. He scammed me because I was VULNERABLE and at my LOWEST. I went from a bill from $122.00 to a $200.00 bill. I went back three times to talk to talk to Mr. Cordry. NOTHING resolved! Jullian Cordry is the WORST person EVER! I WOULDNT RECOMMENT Jullian to ANYBODY! I hate what's he's done to me! There were 3 employees that heard ALL this and they didn't do a thing!
