- SPSusan PilcherSep 2, 20251.0This store kept robbing me for finance charges we finally came to an agreement that if I paid half they would write the other half off and they were supposed to close my account. I guess at the same time the geek squad put another charge on a closed account. I have had to deal with their collection agency every since then. Just recently one of their people told me what to do and that didn't work. Best buy passed me around like a hot potato and eventually just told me to call back later.im handicapped, end stage kidney failure, old, and don't know what to do anymore. My advise is run in any other direction.

We traded in a phone and they didn't factory reset it in front of us and we failed to do it ourselves and now they are live viewing my ring cameras and I have no way to contact them. All customer service calls go straight to India to a very rude person.

(Just the outside screen on the v60 thinq dual screen so basically the phones screen case) which wasted my time because I made an appt after being told they could fix it
