New Years sale, Labor Day sales, 4th of July, Prime sales, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. All those sales are off limits according to this Independence Best Buy. I went to OP, they price matched immediately. This Independence store hates customers, they would rather you don't buy at that location. Terrible customer service.

My complaint is with the fact that I could not find a local # to call without an extension AND the wait time for installation help, as a result was excessive and when I did get help his English was horrible. Again I emphasize, that is not a reflection on this particular store
- MDMeara DuffyOct 24, 20251.0Sad to see an employee of this location, Mark, is now the first in line for Pokemon cards each week and the employees checking people out even let him go back through the line a second time to get more product. It’s hard enough for regular people to get their hands on any product, but now my local store’s employees are making sure their coworker gets the most of their product. When you only get 6 collection boxes in and let your employee have 2, it just isn’t right. And he’s constantly talking about all the product he’s getting at other stores, so I’m sure we all know what he’s doing with it. Please do better.
