I have never been more frustrated by a cell phone company than the week of hell Cricket put me through, when dealing with the first payment to them. The app have me the same error messages repeatedly and when I called to find out why, no one could tell me. They did finally tell me in a Saturday night, after my service was turned off, that I had lost my $5 credit, incurred a fee for when my service was turned back on and I *STILL* needed to go into a store, because they didn't know why I got error messages.
When I went into the local store two days later, on a Monday, I couldn't do tap payments via Google, couldn't use PayPal, or another credit card. I was told to try cash. (I had NO service, where was I getting cash close by? HOW was i going to transfer money from savings to checking?) The store clerk said they did have wi-fi, but... he would have to log me in. Oh, and by the way, making a payment at the store is ANOTHER $5 charge.

Landon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get through several phone issues I was having. I get confused and need things to and he was so calm in helping to figure out what I had done. I wish more customer service/ managers were this kind. He deserves a raise. I will definitely go back to this location again.
