Timothy wasn't even working at the register's that day. He was walking by and saw that customers needed help. Customer service at it's finest people! It's because of people like Timothy my wife and I continue to shop at Best Buy! Thank you, sir!

Also bought a 75 inch T.v prior to the Fitbits and ear buds.....Hope it wont go out. I will never spend money in Best Buy due to faulty equipment experience. Thankfully the Fitbit and Skull Candy exchanged our products.
