Ryan, the rep that I worked with, and the other reps as well, went above and beyond to help me with my issues with thier leasing department. It literally took all day to get resolved, and I never saw a hint of aggregation or frustration from anyone. Only concern for my situation getting resolved. They kept me occupied the entire time we were waiting. By the time I left, I was so pleased to have shared the time with them. They almost feel like family! They were THAT personable. Unfortunately, we all have to deal with issues that take up our time and frustrate us. But I am so grateful that, if I had to spend the time to get this resolved, I got to do it with them. You guys are so awesome! Keep doing what you’re doing! You retained a super satisfied customer!!
