He should be at higher positions definetly. We took 4 lines together, in this case it should be 25$ per line and taxes somewhere 5$ each. But the bill came out was 348$ only for 3 lines. Greg helped us fully and made it right and also other guy helped us but he was a bit rude. Greg stepped in and he completly sorted our issue. Thanks to Greg. We got same kind of estimate for nxt month too. We have to visit again and I'm not comfortable if there was no greg next month. Hope he'll be there.

But today I just walked in and it wasn’t giving ‘help’ , I came in the guy briefly, acknowledged me, handed me a paper and walked off. I needed help filling out my form bc I have no idea when the last time I used my device was . Last time there was a black man with a low cut that helped me I wish he was here ! Also the lady who works here with the curly hair and the glasses, is probably the only one who actually said anything to me when I walked in . If you go in try to get her , she cares , I tried to today, but unfortunately it seems like she was busy trying to train everyone and teach them how to do their job. Other than that just go elsewhere !

She was rude and told me to stand across the table when I was showing her something very poor customer service there need to be change here she rush me out of door quick
