Even you SEAN DUGAN putting your face down on the copier making copies of your face with customers in the store waiting!!! Congrats!

I tried to get clarification on what my phone options were when I did upgrade and was met with a half answer. I’ll be going to Best Buy when I’m ready to upgrade my phone.
- PMPam MccandlessJul 23, 20253.0I had to go in to the store because the people I dealt with online completely screwed up the activation of my new phone and shut down my other phone by accidently switching my phone numbers on both my phones so they became emergency only phones! So I race to Verizon which was hard because I don't have a car and with only half hour before they closed the girl who "helped" me did absolutely nothing but tell me my phone's would be fine in 1 hour enough time for her to get out of work and of course nothing had been done 1 hour later when I turned them on nothing had changed! I had to call back and was told I needed to get yet another ride to the store the next day when magically the same girl as the night before had no trouble le fixing the problem since her shift had just started! Go somewhere else they charged over twice as much as any other company and if God forbid you need to get into your account o line it's almost impossible!
