I was told they are just getting trained on battery replacement on hair tools. I was told come back in a month or two. But I could buy a new one and they would give me 20% off. You would think a $500 tool would last longer or be repairable. Disappointed!!

We’ve tried switching the vacs between upstairs and downstairs, and the same vacuum continues to be problematic. Took it back to the store To explain why I think this particular vacuum is defective while it’s still under warranty. The Gentleman who waited on me cut me off And quickly made excuses. It’s problematic he said because we use boost mode. Well if I pay $1000 for a vacuum with boost mode, shouldn’t I be able to use boost mode? He said it’s because we’re not cleaning it frequently enough. We Have to clean the filter every time we attempt to use it and typically don’t even get through that one use. The other identical model only has to be cleaned once a month or every six weeks. I will never purchase from the store again. Worst customer service experience in a very long time if ever.
