- GBGina BJan 2, 20261.0Would recommend everyone go to a different Verizon store. The manager, Kit, only seemed concerned with making money. He made a mistake and signed me up for the wrong plan. When I tried to ask him to help me so he could fix it he continued to shoo me away stating he has other customers to attend to. I didn’t want to leave the store until I had everything squared away so I continued to ask him for help. He apparently already got my business and all the money out of me that he could so he didn’t want to give me the time of day. He then yelled at me for asking for more help. When he finally listened and saw that he had signed me up for the wrong plan he did fix it after making me sit and wait over an hour for him to be finished with other customers even though he had never actually finished with me. He was supposed to apply my Military discount (I am active duty army) but he also failed to do that and would not help me further in the store. I went ahead and called corporate Verizon for assistance and they were surprisingly helpful and corrected his mistakes swiftly. 0 stars for Kit.

She also helped when I needed it on a holiday. I was not expecting her to respond. She was more than attentive and so helpful. You will be in good hands at this store.

He was friendly and personable, quick and knew his business! We told him what we wanted and he made it happen plus some! After visiting two other providers stores today, I highly recommend seeing Herman at the Stadium location!!
