I paid for a data transfer with my new laptop and my documents did not get transferred so I came in with both laptops to show that the work had not been completed. They were just like”that’s weird bc on our end it says it’s done” yet it wasn’t. They wouldn’t do anything and claimed they had still technically don’t it..? Really disappointed and inconvenienced having to be without my laptop only to still not have my work files on my new computer. So frustrating.

Charges placed on my credit card a year after I cancelled their protection plan and when I called again they lied to me and said the full amount would be refunded which it has not been. Not sure how a place like this stays open
