  I went in a week or 2 ago to replace my phone and ended up getting scammed into buying the same phone but somehow slightly worse despite being a new model of the cricket icon. The worker, Sean, also sold me a watch that is absolute garbage claiming that it came with the phone. Later on when I was going to make the return only then was I informed that the phone was separate and did not come with the phone. I was sold the watch having been told that it came with the phone and not separate. Sean was grossly incompetent and had to call his manager to ask what to do every time I had a question. To whomever reads this please tell Sean to get a job he can actually do. I didn't really appreciate overpaying for garbage and being unable to get a full refund for anything. Will never be going here again and will probably even switch my plan.

  We've been with Cricket for 6+ years and never had an issue. We bought a phone from this store a week ago, and tried to return it today as it crashes and didn't want to turn back on. My husband went in the first time with just the phone and AJ, the manager, said we needed the box. We found the box and went to return it again. I had also called AJ before my son went to return it last time that we had the phone, the box, and the card we used to pay. My son got there and they refused to return the phone, stating since it didn't have the charger we couldn't return and they would not return the phone after 7 days so couldn't return it on Monday after getting the charger. We live an hour away and made two trips to the store. My husband nor I were told we had to have the 3 inch charger for it. The store also doesn't sell the charger the phone came with so no option to buy one and eat the cost of the charger. I don't recommend at all.
