    Sammi was absolutely amazing! We have been with cricket over 10 years. While we have been happy with the phone service, the customer service has never been the greatest until today. It was really nice to have somebody who actually wanted to help, and knew what she was talking about when it came to the difference in phone options.

    Tony has excellent customer service and outstanding patience! I was actually thinking about switching to another carrier because of a few employees who seem not to care to be there and Tony came to the rescue and prevented what would have been a mistake I am sure! Thank you Tony for being awesome!

    When switching phone carriers after having a very difficult time with another company, one can be stressed and tired of dealing with bs from companies. The manager at this shop took so much off my shoulders when my significant other and I came in shortly before close needing to switch carriers ASAP after having to travel due to this store being the only within distance to have phones we would want and I could not be happier with having made the hour drive for the quality customer care, how easy Toni made it (I hope I got that right, as I know the man that helped us was the manager of the store but when it comes to memory, names are not my forte), and the price was kept low for what I see as great service. I had my doubts when switching to this carrier but the man in this shop eased that as he also uses the carriers service, and he was not wrong at all as I have had many less problems since switching after using 2 of their major competitors within the year, I'm hoping I finally found my service to stick with for awhile! Overall I had one of the most wonderful times purchasing phones going to this store, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the man that made it all flow so easily and quickly!
