    Lies, says things will be delivered tomorrow and they are delivered 4 days later. Repeatedly. Even when it's still showing "Label Created" they say that counts as shipped and won't cancel an order. Thank God for Amazon.

    Great customer service and helped us with our issue to the best of their ability. I told the young man that helped us he needed to move to Logan and work there!!! It was a very welcoming store. We went in for one thing and left with it programmed and ready to use.

    Terrible! Making an appointment for service on a pioneer CarPlay unit was a disaster. Run around with both real people and Thor computerized system. The response I received after last poor review completely missed the nature of the complaint.

    I wandered around for several minutes looking for what I needed. I was able to ask a young man what part of store had what I needed. He got me to the correct areas but was not a floor worker. Finally a very professional, kind, respectful young woman came to my rescue. Her name is Tresca. I hope her supervisor sees this post. As an elderly person I am frequently ignored. Tresca helped me and cared about me. Best Buy has the best employee!
