Once I arrived, they stated they do not stock any parts amd it wpuld cost $99 for a diagnosis before they even ordered parts and it would end up being days before I could actually get it fixed Would not verify they’d honor the $219 I was quoted through their chat.(Only way they allowed communication). I was blessed to find somewhere close to home and got it fixed for $25. I will not patronize Best Buy anymore. Done. Scammers and do not care about cuatomers whatsoever.
