    It's a place to purchase your consumer electronics. Everything else may as well be a scam. There's no association or communication between local stores and the website or corporate. If you need assistance, it will not be local. The stores don't even have listed numbers. I pay for the total protection plan. I also have Apple Care+. When I needed a screen replacement, Apple refers me to BestBuy, who advertised "same-day screen replacement." I still had to schedule an appointment and describe exactly what I was coming for. Told at arrival the appointment is only a consultation. There were 5 other phones being repaired ahead of mine and I was only lucky they had the parts on hand. No amount of "I'm sorry" helps that I took off work, drove over an hour one way, only to learn I won't have my cell phone for the next few days, since I have to return to work tomorrow and the store doesn't open until after I leave.

    I went to Best Buy in Columbia MO this evening to research phones as Im needing to replace mine. A young man named Langston offered his assistance. He answered my questions with knowledge and patience. He did not pressure me or make me feel like I was a bother. He was so very helpful in explaining the differences in phones in a way I could understand! When I decide which phone to go with, I definitely will return and hope Langston is there! Well done young man! Best Buy is lucky to have you. Good luck with your basketball season!

    Maxx was so fast jumping in to help behind the register. Two other cashiers were helping other customers with the exact same order ahead of me and Maxx rang up my order faster. Plus he was kind enough to tell me why he has two xs in his name. Super great employee!!

    I purchased a Bambu 3D printer from Best Buy since their closest location is almost 2 hours away. After waiting over 2 weeks for delivery, the printer arrived last night. I installed the printer this morning and have spent over 3 hours online and over the phone trying to find support for a very basic question. Best Buy has absolutely no customer support for any of the 3D printers that they sell. After extremely long hold times, the technicians are very hard to communicate with and continuously put the customer on hold or transfer to another agent - who is unable to help either. I explained my question to multiple representatives who all said they could assist me, but after exhaustive waiting, not one representative could. Of course, a customer can't contact any Best Buy location by phone at all. This will be the last time that I will have any dealings with them - regardless of their pricing. How have they managed to stay in business?
