    This guy says "let me get my manager" I asked about projectors. He said no one in the world will say they'd ever get a projector under 4k lumens. Then proceeded to say if you change your mind about a TV we'll be here. As in he wasnt going to help me with projectors since was a TV and thats what he showed me. He in the end told me to "keep dreaming cause im an idiot" and kept talking but i walked off laughing cause this young man was a straight police officer in what product he WANTED to sell me. Once I said im not worried about cost he only tried to sell me something over 3k for each opponent and refused to answer any questions on the different types of projectors I would want. Guy basically acted like a little girl crying over her brother's barbie doll, id love to watch that show again so I might go back just to see that! More entertaining than the demo videos they showed me on the TELEVISION they wanted to sell lol

    I ordered an item through Best Buy’s website for delivery to my local store. I received an email saying the item was out for delivery, but about 30 minutes later, I got another email stating that it had been returned to the store. Since then, I’ve received three different explanations from Best Buy about why the order was returned, none of which were consistent. It’s now been three days, and the order status still shows “out for delivery,” which is clearly inaccurate. To make matters worse, I was told the item was returned to a different Best Buy location, and there is no estimated timeline for my refund. I even offered to pick up the item myself, but that option was denied. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with their order system. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend going into the store instead of ordering online if you have the option.

    I really wish the help at the Columbia, MO Best Buy were consistent. We are HUGE Best Buy shoppers because of our Best Buy Total membership. Had terrific service with a TV mixup a few weeks ago where the manager on duty worked hard to make things right. TODAY--sent my son and husband on an errand to buy my iPad mini since it was on sale. Both of them came home complaining of the AWFUL service. Said several employees were milling around not helping followed by a manager who passed them off to a "specialist" who was blatantly rude and abrupt. It is darn tough to keep going back when things like this happen. My husband is saying the drive to KC or STL to other Best Buys may be his preference from now on.

    I have waited multiple day to post...to calm down and not be a "Karen". Geek Squad "upped" this rating to to a 1. Thank you Geek Squad for being real.. I am not sure what qualifies one to be a "Verizon Specialist" according to his business card, BUT, I HIGHLY recommend you do NOT take advice from Nick Liberto , home based at Best Buy. I will never get back the thousands of pictures we couldn't recover bc of him. Not only did he not own up to the issue he immediately dipped and had another employee break the news to me that he had to leave suddenly.
