  Extremely poor and misleading experience with Holly Murdock at this location. I was explicitly told that, as a loyal customer, I would receive a 50% discount on two phones when upgrading my devices. After reviewing my account later, I discovered that this was not a discount at all—it was charged as a 50% down payment, with the remaining balance placed under a monthly installment agreement. This financing structure was not clearly disclosed or explained at the time of sale. In addition, I was sold a wireless LTE gateway that turned out to be incompatible with my vehicle. I returned to the store within 15 minutes to return the device. I was told that the store could not accept the return and that I had to send it back to Verizon by mail. This information was incorrect and misleading. It has now been four months, and the issue remains unresolved despite repeated efforts to correct it through Verizon. Although the interaction was polite on the surface, the sales information provided was inaccurate and materially misleading. I strongly recommend avoiding this Authorized Retailer. For Verizon services, use a corporate Verizon store, where pricing, financing terms, and return policies are clearly explained and properly honored.

  Came in to upgrade my phone and Melissa went above and beyond for us. Setting up my new phone, informing us we could get a new iPad and get our plan lower. Definitely sending everyone here from now on.
