- DFDominik FJun 7, 20241.0Went in to send off my laptop for a repair. Visit went fine even though they said that it would probably be returned in the exact condition it left. However when I was leaving I had noticed they wanted to return it to my old address so I said that I didn’t live there and I wrote down my current address for them to use instead but opted for the in store pickup still. Well now it’s a few days later and guess what? They’re sending it to my old address after the last words the employee said to me were “yeah I’ll just get this address thing checked for you and then send it right out.” Glad you checked for me.

Called geek squad they said it need a main board and would order one. I received the mother board and call geek squad back for a appointment to install the main board. 36 day wait for repair.
