  This experience was incredibly frustrating and full of misinformation from Kerry. 1. Device payments & lack of disclosure Kerry told me I would only have to pay sales tax on the devices. I have now discovered that my account shows I am committed to over $1,000 in device payments. I was also charged two setup/activation fees per device. He agreed to waive one fee only if I purchased a case — but by that point I was already committed to the transaction. I was asked to sign on a small credit-card keypad, supposedly because they were “down to one computer and it was in the back.” I never saw a contract and believed I was signing only for the sales tax charged to my credit card, not agreeing to installment plans. 2. Plan changes not discussed My hotspots were removed, yet my plan cost increased. This was never discussed or explained during the transaction. 3. Watch plan cost misrepresented I was told my watch line would be $7.50 per month, but it is actually double that amount. 4. Phone service improperly disconnected I explicitly stated this was a Christmas gift for my daughter and that her existing phone needed to remain active. Despite this, her phone was shut off — after she received a text telling her how to set up the new device. Overall: This transaction involved misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and poor communication. I would not have agreed to these changes had the terms been clearly explained. I am extremely disappointed and will be escalating this issue.

  Called their store number to confirm they had the iPhone I was looking for before I came in. I arrived to the store 20 minutes later to an employee telling me they’re “all out of phones”. I was told on the phone 20 minutes prior they had the exact phone I wanted (516GB 17 Pro Max Orange) in stock at this Chesterfield location. What a waste of time and gas.

  New phone, new line swapping data and apps, Kerry, from Russell Cellular was great. Worked with tech support until he was able to get everything working properly so I'd have my phone for the weekend. Patient and professional with the process. Thanks again
