  The girl that assisted me was Awesome!!! I thought I lost everything on my phone, but she new a few tricks and fully restored all media & contacts. I will definitely be returning to her when I need assistance again .

  Tamera was absolutely fantastic to work with! She helped set up 16 phone lines for me at Verizon and made the entire process seamless. Her communication was clear, consistent, and proactive — she kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. She was professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend working with Tamera!

  This Verizon store is the absolute worst. They are a reseller of Verizon products and you will get 2nd hand access to Verizon for any issues. I traded in 2 IPhones for my children to up grade to the newest I phones. I was told I would get a credit for the trade in, but after having yo go back on the store over 7 times. They turned in my trade in late and cost me $830!! Do not go here, go to a real Verizon store.

  Arrived at location to a note saying they would be back shortly, counting inventory. Waited 10 minutes and someone came out from back to change sign posted. Sign was changed to sorry store closed at 5:00pm. Not great service when you can't get in the store during operating hours. Guess I will try another location.

  I contacted the Chesterfield Verizon location and was pleasantly surprised to reach the actual store and a store representative named Nathan Lavin. He was incredibly helpful over the phone and we were able to preliminarily determine details as to my upgrade eligibility. He set up a same-day appointment that afternoon and was even more helpful in person. He had all of the product knowledge but went above and beyond to listen to my actual needs for devices to find the right (cost-effective) approach for upgrades. I was very impressed by his out-of-box thinking and I walked away with an awesome new phone, watch, AND accessories at a cost I was comfortable with. I’ve been tempted to switch providers but sticking with Verizon because of the amazing customer care and attention he provided. Thank you for making this daunting process so smooth and simple, Nathan!
