    Garbage company. Bought a protection plan on TV. Remote stopped working which is supposed to be covered. Went to store who claimed to order a new remote. Days later got email said that couldn't get remote and would reimburse me if I bought one. I sent them email telling them to just provide me a universal remote since I would not be able to find exact remote anyway. Crickets. Doesn't honor their protection plans. Lesson learned is to always buy at Costco.

    Went in to send off my laptop for a repair. Visit went fine even though they said that it would probably be returned in the exact condition it left. However when I was leaving I had noticed they wanted to return it to my old address so I said that I didn’t live there and I wrote down my current address for them to use instead but opted for the in store pickup still. Well now it’s a few days later and guess what? They’re sending it to my old address after the last words the employee said to me were “yeah I’ll just get this address thing checked for you and then send it right out.” Glad you checked for me.

    THEY MADE A FOOL OUT OF ME. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. My samsung S8 screen got cracked so I contacted samsung care to check my options. They informed me yo take my phone to your nearest samsung authorized centre and it will cost between $180 -$190. So I called geeksquad in Best Buy THF blvd and the guy on the phone told me that it will cost 249 plus taxes so I told him that samsung rep gave me a quote of $180 so he said no sir thats for S8's flat screen and for curved it will be $249. At that time I was under the impression that s8 has two screen types so I said ok since i hv no other choice i m fine with repair cost. So i took it their and got it fixed for $273. Later in the evening when one of my frnd told me that there is no flat screen version of S8 then i realised that i got DUPED. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE WHITE COLLARED THIEVES AND TRY TO FIND BETTER REPAIR SHOPS.
