Avery nice woman welcomed me very nicely, invited me to sit down and asked how she could help me. It took only about 5 minutes. I told her I was in Cape on business and lived an hour away. I told her that yesterday I waited in my local Verizon for almost a half hour and never got waited on let alone acknowledged. I walked out. The environment in this store was also much nicer and inviting and not as sterile as my local Verizon. I told her this and she gave me her card and said if I ever needed help in the future and was in the area to stop on in. I could also make an appointment. I left very happy. Highly recommend this Verizon store.
