- VVVonMar 28, 20191.0Poor customer service, they'll try to talk you into expensive plans that you don't need. I went in with an issue with my lab top of which is still under warranty... Was told I needed a new plan that covers software. I agreed, paid for the 200 yearly plan and left the store. Got a phone call 30 minutes later telling me that it was now a hardware issue and they'll have to ship it off to get fixed... My lab top is about 2 years old. Paid 1300 for it, extra warranty 400, extras 100, and later an extra "software" warranty 200... Don't buy lab tops, don't shop at "Best" Buy and don't bother with Greek squad.
