  Best buy TV was and is really great but the guys, send by Best Buy, to install the TV, stole / robbed from us, that was not so great and Best Buy did not care.

  Crazy you can’t contact the store customer service worthless.Don't buy open box cell phones from Best Buy they don’t check them at all.

  I went tonight to purchase a dryer. I walked into the store at 7:07pm, past two employees who looked away when I walked by. I went to the dryers and stood there for 50 minutes without any help, or an offer to help. After about 12 minutes I decided to see how long it would take for someone to ask if I needed anything or why I was sitting on the dryer. I was passed by several times without a word. I finally approached the front desk and asked the girl if they talk to customers or if the customer has to approach them. I did not get help. She said she could put me in the queue. Mind you it was late evening and there were multiple groups of employees just standing around talking. I wouldn’t normally post something like this, but I thought it was quite ridiculous. I do not plan to return to that store.

I have my own ministry and I have been incredibly blessed by Best Buy and I want to mention very clearly about an experience I’ve had with your boss that works at the store the leader, Corey he is unbelievable excellent and then another Young Man that I worked with and that’s Victor. Victor under the excellent leadership of his boss did me an excellent job. THANKS COREY AND VICTOR! Keep up the great work.
