My father was a Verizon customer for probably over 20 years. He passed and I had to get our family account broken up. There were some issues with billing and devices. Hunter had just started a few weeks prior. The first visit he spent over 4 hours helping me get everything sorted. Then again a month later with my bill and just again we finally got everything fixed for good. There were times I know we both wanted to bang our heads against the wall, but Hunter remained calm professional and did not give up. He used all his resources and skills to make things right. True genuine exceptional customer service. Not enough people get recognized for going above and beyond. Hunter you did just that and I thank you. If you go in the store make sure you tell Hunter I said hi.

Out of all the phone stores we have used this one definitely has the Best Customer service. Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything very well.

Very disappointed with my experience. I was charged a $40 setup fee on top of the upgrade fee, even though no one helped me set up my phone. I would have ordered the phone online and had it shipped to avoid the extra fees they don’t tell you about. I also had to wait almost two hours in the store while they dealt with system errors when I purchased it. The whole process was frustrating and not worth the extra fees. Go to a different store if you can!
