  I had an appointment set up for a new headset install at 4:30. I got there around 4:15 and no one was answering the geek squad door. I called the number on the door, no answer. I finally went to the front to ask customer service what was going on and they said the guy working geek squad wasn't even there today. I confirmed with them my 4:30 appointment and they said they'd call him and find out what's wrong. They told me he was running late and to wait around back. I waited until 5 and then finally went back to the front to ask what was happening. The lady working customer service was more than helpful. She called her manager over and they called the geek squad guy again and he didn't answer his phone. I ended up just getting a refund and I'm going to take my business elsewhere. I've already had to wait almost 2 months for this appointment because they were so booked solid, so I wasn't about to wait another two for a reschedule that they may not even show up for. Lost my business, but I doubt they'll change anything.

  Terrible! They had my computers for over 30 hours, for a recovery and a data transfer. It took 30 hours to recover the computer, and then I was told that the hard drive was fried, and data couldnt be transferred unless I wanted to pay $500. I took it to a shop across the street and the data was recovered in less than 10 minutes. I will never use their services again. Worst service ever
