The problem was not with Alex or Verizon but with a lack of response from Microsoft. Alex worked diligently and was able to find a work-around that allowed us to transfer our data and move on with enjoying our new phones. Thank you, Alex! As a side note, it was definitely helpful to make an appointment to avoid the wait.

Although Verizon corporate/technical support was not interested in helping either me OR Alex, and told us they had no solution for me, Alex continued to think of creative ways to get my issue resolved. As i write this review, she is still thinking of creative ways to help and sending me updates via Text. I manage a North America Services Segment at a Fortune 500 company, and Alex is exactly the kind of person i would want to have on my team. She puts the customer first and has a commitment to finding resolutions that you don’t often see in this industry. I hope that the owners of this Verizon store know how lucky they are to have such an excellent employee in their employ. Thank you again Alex for your dedication and commitment to the customer. If there is a solution for this issue, i trust that you’re going to be the one to find it.
