    I purchased a new phone, Google Pixel 10 Pro XL. I received the best help from Christie, getting it set up and all my old phone information transferred. She is very professional, nice and very helpful. She is an amazing asset to the Branson Verizon Store.

    Came in and waited over one hour there was 4 customers and 7 employees not counting the ones you can’t see, no ore customers for the period of time, I think they didn’t care only for the reason of my visit; I want to make changes in my account that was all, if would’ve been to open a new account it would take me five hours or more

    I wouldn’t give this place 1 star. I should’ve done the rest of my order online. I was in store about 3 to 3 1/2 hours, paid $30 for phone transfer, and account was not active when I went home. A total waste of time. I was to drop my trade off in store, ended up shipping from UPS. Which was fine. There were only 3 associates there on Sunday, 2 of which were helping customers still there when I left. The associate helping me was helping every else who came in, ignoring customer service for me. I wouldn’t even take my dog back to that store! Very disappointed with my experience.

    I went to this store to get my less than a year old Iphone Pro16 looked at as it had numerous problems such as the poor sound quality, screen freeze and connectivity. The gentleman there ordered a new phone for me and asked me to return to store to do the transfer. When it was my turn, the guy who was helping me was asked by the manager to help another customer. From the moment she touched my phone, she was annoyed with the fact I was there for the transfer/new phone activation. Anything from condescending remarks to walking away every couple minutes finally got me upset. Any questions I tried to ask, she would brush me off because apparently she thought phone transfer should’ve been done by me personally. Little did she find out, she herself had so much trouble with the transfer. It took her 2 hours to do this transfer and the new phone activation. Everyone else was gone and I was still there trying to take the old phone back to UPS for a return so I wouldn’t get charged $500 fee. When I had enough off of her poor customer service I asked to have someone else to help me. Boy, was she upset over that too. Making snarky remarks non stop. All the while, not having a way to contact my employee whom I was supposed to pick up at a nearby facility. I have a business account and pay a good amount of money each month and would’ve expected especially from the store manager to provide a better service. Ironically, her staff was much better at helping me. She should truly go back to training for customer service or learn a thing or two from her employees such as Adam. He was great and I appreciated his help.
