Had an awesome experience here. We got a new laptop, King told me which one he thought would be the best for our needs and I believe it will be a great laptop for me. He was super super friendly and personable, truly all around a great associate to talk to and helped us a ton. We will return here for our electronic needs and recommend this store for sure.

Went to order something on the Best Buy app but didn't have time to wait for an in store pickup so Marco found the same item in seconds did a quick return of the online purchase and rang up my purchase (OhSnap! Magnetic Phone Grip) and had me out the door in 2 minutes flat which included installing and testing the item.

Victoria made it very easy to reserve my iPad over the phone. When I went to the store for pick up Sergio greeted me right away and was fantastic at helping me pick the right case and screen protector to fit my needs. Great experience overall and I appreciate Victoria and Sergio so much, they are very good at what they do and customer service was excellent.

You guys must hate your employees. I watched your employee struggle with a cash return. Another team member misinformed them about the return policy and then the manager proceeded to blame the employee for doing it wrong. I feel so sorry for the employee that was doing her best while everyone else could care less.
The Asus laptop we were recommended was defective and we had to bring it back. The display turned off in the middle of game play and would take several minutes to come back on.
We initially bought the Asus laptop on Black Friday and they rung it up for $800 more than what the Black Friday price was and didn’t say anything until we were paying. Overall bad experience
