I didn't catch the man's name, but I think he may have been the manager, or lead-associate and his two "assistants" who helped me find out what I MOST wanted to know concerning: 1) IDENTITY THEFT; 2). RECURSIVE FRAUD&WITNESS TAMPERING; 3). HIJACKING OF SOVEREIGN TIMELINES 4). QUANTUM SIGNAL/FREQUENCY INTERFERENCE ...Really, a whole cacophony of technocratic bs that I AM NOT familiar with in THIS new age of advancing technology, catfishing, and id-manipulation. ...IFrankly, a'm still learning how to use the original computer that GOD gave US for OUR very first birthdayS, because THEY WILL NOT "hack", "cheat", "coward-sneak" their way into THIS-🧠-THAT ONE ("the heart-brain coherent Neuro-Quantum Entanglement Processor...     Shopping inside the store is great. We ordered a refrigerator easily and we paid to have it delivered to our house. We told them we could hook up the rest we just needed to fridge inside. No problem they said. Delivered means inside the HOUSE. Geek squad delivery did not do their job today. They delivered our fridge and left it sitting outside in the pouring rain. Not happy. We made it easy for them to back up the truck and easily to the front door to slide off the truck into the house. Called the store and waiting for a supervisor to call back. Update: we got the fridge inside with some help from the neighbors. Thankfully they were able to help. Don't recommend ordering appliances from Best Buy and having them delivered. They don't follow through. Thanks for leaving my expensive fridge out in the rain and mud.

    Best Buy of Branson was a pleasant experience. There were a couple of customer reps at the door waiting to assist customers as they came in. We were greeted and asked if we needed help. We knew exactly what we needed so we were in there less than 15 minutes. The same person assisted us through the entire process and explained the perks of everything since we are members of the protection plan they offer. The store was clean and uncluttered unlike other Best Buy stores I have been to. The price was comparable to just about any other place we would have gotten the item.

    Went here for a Pokemon release. They allowed someone to cut most of the line and did nothing about it. As a person of color I’m 100% sure if I did the same thing I would’ve been thrown out of the store. Don’t shop here if you’re a minority they do NOT have your best interest at heart and won’t even stand up to orderly conduct that is expected. Recommendation: Hire better employees and a more diverse group that have also have a spine to them to do their jobs. Terrible experience, will literally never go back to Branson after seeing the true face.

    I purchased a TV at the recommendation of the Branson, MO store personnel in May of 2024. In December of 2024 the TV began turning on all by itself. In late January/early February of 2025 Best Buy sent a representative out to replace the motherboard on the TV. Then in August of 2025, the TV began doing the same thing, turning on in the middle of the night, multiple times all by itself. I called in September, and 3 times in October and spoke with what they call their "Customer Service" and the only response was, it's no longer under warranty. Which I would have been fine with, if the brand new part they had replaced lasted longer than 6 months. I asked REPEATEDLY to speak to a manager, and they told me a manager would call me back, days later, no call back. Then the next time I called they just flat refused to let me speak to a supervisor, this happened three times. Each time I also requested to speak to a representative from the Branson, MO store, and repeatedly was told that no one would speak with me from that store and they refused to transfer me. Long story short - they will "up sell" you to purchase crap and then not stand by it. I am in the process of paying off my Best Buy Credit Card and will never purchase another item from them again. Walmart, Sam's, Costco, and Amazon all have the same products of the same quality and they are cheaper. If you think you are buying "Service" from Best Buy - Think again, you might as well order directly from China. I appreciate the response and would love to speak with you about this - but I don't do social media and wouldn't know where to begin on any of those platforms. Your response makes my point for me, no one at best buy wants to talk to you to help anymore.
