However a representative from this store named Ben took on my case and saved the day for me! After months of back and fourth with Verizon’s reps and the people at another location, he personally made sure my issue was solved and I’m so grateful. I’ll only be visiting this location from now on! Thank you for making me feel valued as a customer again! Ben is the reason I am staying as a customer as I was ready to leave before he helped me out!
