  Kourtney has always went above and beyond for me when I need to ask questions about my phone plan. He definitely needs a raise and or a promotion!!!! He is amazing at his job and making sure his costumers understand what is going on

  Do not recommend this place, especially for a business owner, trying to get phones for there business I have been with them since October and have never had a bill that was right that I signed paperwork for. I signed paperwork for $224 a month and my bill is always $300-$400 a month and then I also get a text message in the middle of the month saying that I owe between $45-$80 or they’re gonna shut my phone off within 24 hours and even got a bill for $700 one month. I can never get any answers so I always have to end up paying all this extra money and they keep saying we’ll credit it to the next bill and then when the next bill comes along that bill will be $400 and they’ll tell me to pay it and they’ll credit the other amount to the next bill and I have yet to ever get anything credited to my bill I done a trade-in and they never gave me my trade-in deal credited to my phone so they got my phone but I traded it in for free and every time I ask about it I always get told it’ll be credited to the next bill and this has been going on since October The only good thing about this store Is Kourtney

  Elijah (the manager) went above and beyond for me today. He was on the phone with his customer service team for a major problem that Verizon caused! He was hung up on twice and still kept his cool and kept going. This man has more calm in him than anyone I have met. He is the best thing about this company- the ONLY thing. Once I get my device paid off - I am leaving Verizon. I would NEVER recommend switching- they promise things and DO NOT deliver. Worst carrier EVER!!! Beware of sales tactics that DO NOT benefit you as the customer in ANY way!! They are only interested in making them money and NOT saving the customer anything!!!! You have been warned- beware!!

  Tyler was very polite, he was helping me and someone else at the same time and made us both feel important and got the job done! Great job and great store!

  We had a very good experience getting our new phones and home phone with Tyler, he is not from this location full time and you wouldn't know it, he made it seem so easy and took very good care of us!! 10/10!!
