We struggled to solve our problems through the app.
We called Verizon were on hold for extended periods of time.
We went to the store and Brian did an outstanding job going over and above in helping us.
In a day of poor customer service- Brian does a great job.
If you need help and or going are going to purchase anything Brian is the person who can and will help you.

The customer service is horrible here !!!!! They let me stand there for 20 mins without even saying anything or greeting me ! I spend alot of money with these people! Just greet your customers when they come in and tell them hello il be with you in one minute . Gehzzzzzz
