    Order a new phone and needed help transferring our old phone to the new phone. The man “helping us” had no interest and kept saying we needed to go to UBreakIFix. We ended up going to UBreakIFix and they got it transferred over in 2 minutes and didn’t even charge us because there was nothing wrong with the phone, we just needed help. Very disappointed with Verizon that they didn’t want to take 2 min to help and we were the only people in the store with 4 employees doing nothing.

    Thank you Jacob for your assistance this morning…my phone went on tilt with non friendly apps and was interfering with my diabetes dexacom app…he was able to uninstall the apps not needed and it fixed my problem…a huge thank you from a Sr citizen that was needing help..Give this guy a raise for superb customer service!

    Bridget absolutely killed the game today. But here's the thing, I went in to replace my 3 year old case and walking out with a brand new phone and no extra charge. She was truly fantastic.

    I ended up going to the Belton store after s very bad experience with the Harrisonville store. I was lucky and got Emillio he bent over backwards to help me. The whole staff in the store was pleasant and helpful.
