We ended up going to UBreakIFix and they got it transferred over in 2 minutes and didn’t even charge us because there was nothing wrong with the phone, we just needed help. Very disappointed with Verizon that they didn’t want to take 2 min to help and we were the only people in the store with 4 employees doing nothing.
