He was kind (even though there was only 10 minutes left to his workday on a Saturday). I highly recommend the store and I recommend Rob!! If you're having any kind of issue with your cricket service, you must visit this location specifically and immediately!!

He was patient, understanding of my situation, knowledgeable, knew how to troubleshoot and was accommodating. I never had as good customer service when I was at AT&T. It wasn’t as straightforward of a case, as I don’t have ICloud nor did I have a secondary backup device. He helped me with all of my hopes: to get a phone with the same number that was linked to my Apple ID. I know it sounds simple, but it was too hard for me to do on my own! Thank you Isaiah!
