- BMBrayden MorrisSep 15, 20251.0The male employee that was working at 9:20am on Sep 16th was very rude about inquiring about internet laughed at me as I left the store when I asked why he laughed he told me to leave super unprofessional and unpleasant would not provide a name. Also wouldn’t let me return my internet box that Verizon said I could return to “any Verizon” told me I own it now which adds a 400$ bill to my account. I’ve never in 28 years experience someone so unprofessional in a business setting.
