Beyond disappointed, I feel like we were totally scammed after my son was told the Verizon insurance we pay monthly would not exchange a less then a year old non working IPhone. So, as it is needed for work, he paid $700 or so to pay off this defective phone and purchased a new phone for a replacement. Then when I went to this store later to ask why insurance did not cover his phone I was told it would have if he could wait 7-10 days for a replacement. Sure everyone is willing to do that??? Then an additional extra phone service of $30+ per month was added to our bill for this same defective phone line as I was told in "Verizon math" it is a better deal. What?? Our new billing is now estimated to be over $100+ more per month as every additional service plus insurance (obviously an useless insurance) was added to every phone line, including the new defective phone line that no one will, or can, use. Certainly feel like we were lied to and deceived and will be telling others about this as well as looking at alternatives for our cell phone service.

I went into the store with an inoperable iPhone. I was very pleased with my experience & the help I received. Was able to get a new phone that day! The salesman was Danny and he was extremely helpful and kind Throughout the process. He answered all the questions I had with a thorough knowledge of the technology. 10 out of 10 prefer this location over others.
