I've been telling everyone within earshot to stop and see if there's any better options available to them, my options blew me away! I walked in, ready to cancel and switch cell companies with a phone bill of $160, for a watch and phone that shared one line. He figured-out the extra charge, helped me fix it, set me up with a new iphone 17 pro, two new Gizmo 3s with their own lines, AND MY BILL WAS STILL $30 LESS!!!!! I get that this may have been timing- and may not happen to everyone, but he was helpful, straight-forward, and patiently explained the pros/cons of my options. He was great. Actually- both of the guys at that store were phenomenal. DEFINATELY RECOMMEND!
