On 06/20/25, my mother and three of my sisters came into this store to switch our phone plan from Metro by T-Mobile to Cricket. On the 23rd, I noticed some of my photos were gone. On the 24th, I noticed some of the music files I've downloaded on YouTube Music showed file error. All of which I've previously downloaded on my micro SD card. Today, the 27th, I noticed again, when I attempted to listen to my offline download on YouTube Music, that ALL of my downloaded music were experiencing file errors. I finally checked my SIM card tray, only to notice that my micro SD card is completely gone. Edit: We called, and the store didn't return my micro SD card nor did they provide any updates on it.
