They were annoyed when we went to them and asked for help. They just replied that they don’t know. I don’t understand why they are sitting there if they don’t know anything? It even seemed like they don’t want anyone there. Other people also were very disappointed .

She was exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, and hardworking, and her care made a difficult time much easier for our family. Even though she may never see this, I wanted to take a moment to recognize and appreciate the outstanding care she provided.
