- GVGarritt VSJul 13, 20201.0Abysmal customer service. I went in Sunday morning with a desktop PC that was not booting. My guess based on symptoms (former service desk tech here) was bad motherboard. I waited a few minutes to get walk-in service (not bad, so far) then about 20 minutes while a GS tech did his/her thing (also not bad). They also suspected a mobo problem. BUT... I could not leave it there to send out for hardware repair (under warranty still) because I had taken out the original RAM and installed different RAM (more RAM). So I took my PC home, swapped out the newer RAM for the original RAM and waited for Monday after work (my next free time). Monday, I arrived with the PC in original configuration and was told that there was nobody free to deal with a walk-in for the rest of the day. I should make an appointment and come back then. (Now I'm annoyed.) I went to customer service to make an appointment. Next available appt time? Late NEXT SUNDAY afternoon! That would have been good information to have YESTERDAY! Or many even OFFER to make an appt for me at the next available time? (Because EITHER they knew yesterday that it would be several days until the next appt time OR they filled all the appt times between yesterday and a week from yesterday during the approximately 12 business hours between when I was there yesterday and back again today.) I *HOPE* their technical service makes up for their awful customer service.

- EJElena JohnsonOct 5, 20191.0My Samsung galaxy s10+ cracked and i called them to make an appointment to fix it. They said just come in in Shakopee location. After i drove there , they sad that in this location they do not fix this brand and i have to go to richfield location. The guy did schedule an appointment with them, and mentioned that my screen got cracked. I got there next day, and they told me that they can't fix it either cause they don't have a parts for the screen and they told me to go to "u break i fix" next to it to fix it, and i did it and was very happy with them. It did ruin my day, because i was driving so far away with my little girl with me. I wish they told me on the phone all that, cause they were asking what kind of phone i have and what is wrong with it.
- JMjoe mackSep 12, 20191.0Do not use geek squad to make your apple product repairs.. they are a authorized repair shop however they don’t have the capacity to make a human decision if a computer program doesn’t make the decision for them.. poor service. I won’t shop at BB again.
