The manager was more concerned about going out to lunch, ( at 11:30 ) than taking care of all the customers waiting in the lobby… Also another employee was too busy talking about politics and very unsettling dialogue. We were treated like second class citizens after being with Verizon for 20 years… we spent over 3 hours with a group of very self serving employees. The manager walked in and let all the employees know Hey guys I bought everyone Lunch….They went in back to eat lunch, instead of helping the customers out front waiting!
When our sales person went in back…. He said it was to back up our phones! Too bad he forgot a phone and he smelled of onions after returning 20 minutes later. We ended up being over charged and leaving without and help!!! Only thing they were concerned about was the SALE!!! We ended up going to another Verizon store where they were Kind, helpful and very helpful. They didn’t get the sale, but the got CUSTOMERS for life.

This Verizon store was fantastic. I worked with Samuel and Dillon. They were very professional and helpful. Easy to talk to and they talked to us like we were humans. The over-the-phone customer care service also was also very help. Sam helped us find additional deals and ways to make the plan better for us. He did this in ways that he did not need to or were not a required part of his time. When we sat with them they made you felt as if you were the only customer in the store and did not rush the process or over-push sales deals.
We got incredible deals and discounts for our plan. It all ended up being a similar monthly cost as T-mobile. However, we got brand new phones and watches. You can also upgrade your phone later down the road. As T-Mobile seemly only offers deals worth while to new customers.
