I’ve had an iPhone X since 2018 and was dreading getting a new phone. I wasn’t sure how well all my old data, apps, and especially my work/security apps would transfer over. I was also switching from AT&T because of all the dead zones I kept hitting around Minnesota.
In 30 minutes, I walked out with a new iPhone, my number transferred from AT&T with no issues, and all my important apps working and set up.. Super smooth experience and a huge relief. Highly recommend working with Charlie if you’re upgrading or switching carriers.

Dillion was amazing to work with, he was the only guy working today as his colleagues had all called out he was still kind and helpful in me getting a new phone. He was also helping others as much as he could while helping me, Dillon was a rockstar

The guy who wears the Vikings lanyard does not know customer service I believe his name was ryan?!. I would recommend leaving and coming back when he is not working. He almost made Verizon lose a handful of customers all within 2 minutes. If I were the owner of the savage location I would hire someone else! Not to mention I’ve watched this experience for someone else as I’ve been helped before.

Ryan and Dillon were awesome when I had questions about upgrading my phone. Ryan explained everything thoroughly and was so chill even though there were so many customers/it was a hectic environment for him. I’d definitely go back!
